Accounts
Manage your client account information:
- Client/organization name
- Contact information
- Billing details
- Notes about the account
Why this matters: We use this information when we need to contact clients directly (from your white-label email) or when providing them with information about your services and rates.
Contacts
Add and manage specific people associated with each client account:
- Primary contact: Main point of contact
- Secondary contacts: Assistants, team members, decision-makers
- Third-party collaborators: IT providers, other agencies, consultants
Why this matters: Having a complete picture of who's involved with each client helps us know who to contact in different situations. For example, if a domain is about to expire and the primary contact's email is down, we can reach the outside domain contact you've listed.
License Keys
This is a consolidated view of all license keys across all your client sites. You can:
- See which licenses are used across multiple sites
- Filter by who pays (Valerian, your agency, or clients)
- Track expiration dates and renewal intervals
- Manage license allocation
Why this matters: This gives you a bird's-eye view of license management across your entire portfolio, making it easy to see which Valerian agency licenses are available to your clients.
Quick Links
Fast access to important resources:
- 1Password: Shared credential vault for your client sites
- Google Drive: Shared folder with our partnership documents and notes

Why this matters: These links save you time by providing one-click access to the tools you need most frequently.
