RAMP by Accessible Web is the foundation of our accessibility services. With RAMP, we can discover, remediate, and report on a site’s accessibility compliance. We’re also able to leverage the Accessible Web team if additional support is needed.
Here are some of the benefits for your clients:
- Compliance Center Once we onboard a site to RAMP, your client will get a unique site roadmap that shows what needs to happen to reach compliance.
- Ongoing reporting and remediation tracking RAMP provides automated site scanning, a manual audit tool, and remediation tracking so we can provide clients with reports and recommendations. We can also share a public log on the client’s website that demonstrates their progress on the way to compliance.
- Accessibility statement and contact form To help protect clients and show that they are taking accessibility seriously, RAMP can generate a site statement and embedded contact form for tracking accessibility issues discovered by users.
- Education on accessibility Your clients may need additional education to understand and meet compliance requirements. Accessible Web provides many courses that can be helpful for all members of a team.
Staging
Available for WordPress care plans only
$40/month per environment
If your clients require a staging environment for pushing any changes to production OR if they are not comfortable with updates being made on the live site (and quickly rolled back if there are issues) you can add a staging add-on. This allows us to monitor the primary site for security and uptime, but all of the maintenance will be done on staging before it’s pushed or applied to the live site.
Note that if a site has dev → staging → prod environments, 2 staging add-ons will be required (one for dev, one for staging).
WooCommerce
Available for WordPress care plans only
$40/month requires staging add-on
If your client is using WooCommerce, we require this add-on to ensure that we can put more safeguards in place for e-commerce as well as ensuring backups happen more frequently since transaction are happening often.
The WooCommerce add-on also requires the staging add-on. We never run updates on a live WooCommerce site to ensure that we do not break the checkout or e-commerce functionality.
