If you’re changing the domain for a care plan site, you just need to let us know in Slack before you make the change.
Once the change is complete, ping us again in Slack to let us know and we’ll update the care plan tools and our Partner Portal.
It’s important to let us know about domain changes because when you change the domain name for a site that’s on an active care plan, our team will essentially need to re-onboard the site.
There’s no charge for this re-onboarding! We just need to update the care plan to reflect the new domain so that everything continues to run smoothly.
If you need our help with the domain change itself (e.g. DNS records, redirects, etc.), that falls under billable support.
