How do I cancel a care plan? – Partner Guide

In the partner portal, navigate to Websites in the sidebar and then select the website with the care plan that you want to cancel:

Select the Care Plan tab at the top of the page and then click on Cancel Plan in the top right:

If the site is on WordPress, answer the off-boarding questions.

For any care plan, please let us know why you are cancelling in the pop-up modal:
