Clients are responsible for plugin or app licenses or you may choose to purchase your own agency licenses on behalf of clients. If your client has an active care plan with us, we will include any WordPress plugins for which we hold agency licenses for the duration of their care plan.

If a plugin or app isn’t one we provide with the care plan subscriptions, it’ll need to be purchased by either the client or you, and the license will need to be shared with us.
Sharing the license with is necessary for us to effectively maintain the website and troubleshoot any issues that may be related to the plugin.
What happens if a client discontinues their care plan?
When a care plan is discontinued, we’ll create a list of licenses that the client will need to acquire to keep their website functioning as it was.
This can often be a way to discourage terminations, so feel free to ping us in Slack before canceling the subscription if you think it may help retain the client!
