How to access FTP credentials
- Navigate Partner Portal > Websites.
- Select the website you want FTP credentials for.
- Once you’re viewing that website’s details, click on the Hosting tab.
- Scroll down to locate the FTP section:
The FTP IP/Host information is in the box directly above the FTP credentials section.
Alternative: built-in File Manager
If you just need to make simple file changes or uploads, you can use the built-in File Manager in the hosting portal.
Select the File Manager option under the same Hosting tab.
