Our fully-managed WordPress hosting pairs perfectly with our maintenance care plans—the perfect duo to ensure your site is always fast, secure, and available.
Unless we’ve previously discussed an exception, we require sites to be hosted with us so we can maintain the quality of service you and your clients expect.
This allows us to have some control over a very important aspect of your clients’ websites and creates an opportunity for us to act proactively whenever possible.
About our hosting
- Infrastructure: Our hosting is powered by Rocket. Rocket has their own servers, primarily at Performive, although they can diversify to other providers when a location demands the change.
- Support: You and your clients connect with us directly for support. If we have an issue that we can’t resolve in-house, we can escalate to our 24/7 dedicated support team at Rocket.
- CloudFlare Enterprise: Baked into our hosting service, this perk includes:
- Bot and DDoS protection that is the gold standard on the market today
- Instant speed optimization and global CDN to boost site performance
- $4K–6K in savings (approximate cost if purchased separately from CloudFlare)
- Usage: We review and evaluate your client's website usage semi-annually to ensure they are on the right plan, but we don't have hard limits if they get a traffic spike. Your client's website will stay online (unless there's a major outage—as in a Netflix-and-Amazon-are-also-down kind of outage 🫠).
- Migration: If your clients ever decide to change hosts, no hard feelings. We'll coordinate access to WordPress, FTP, and the database to ensure a smooth migration.
Our plans
We only consider two metrics for our hosting: disk space (how much storage a site needs) and bandwidth (how much data a site consumes, which typically comes down to the content on the site and the amount of traffic it gets).
