Where can I find my support timesheets?

Want to see the time tracked to your support retainer? We make it easy!

Viewing the current month’s timesheet

ℹ️

We provide a live timesheet link that updates automatically as our team tracks time so that you can see exactly how much time we’ve billed towards your retainer this month.

To access the timesheet link, open our primary shared Slack channel and navigate to the Bookmarks tab. Click on Support Timesheet to access the timesheet:

To keep you up to date, we regularly post to our shared Slack channel to let you know where you’re at in your retainer for the month. On business days, we will post an update if there has been a change to your retainer usage (i.e. time tracked), and we’ll provide another link to the timesheet so you can quickly access it.

Messages look like this:

Navigating the timesheet

Here’s a quick guide to what you can see on your timesheet:

  1. If you need to import our time into your own system or want to archive it, you can export our report to a CSV or PDF using the button in the top left corner.
  1. Our link will default to the current month’s report. You can change the time period of the report in the top left date-picker.
  1. Your total hours used in the report time period will be displayed in the top of the right sidebar.
  1. A table list of your clients and the time tracked for them will be displayed in the middle of the page. You can expand the list of clients to see time broken down by request/task.

Retainer Overages

In the event that we go over your retainer in a given month, we will provide a PDF of that month’s timesheet on your invoice for the additional hours. This is also stored in our shared Google Drive folder in case you cannot access the invoice link or need to find it in the future.
